Summary:
Coordinate accounts payables

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Accounts Payable function for several Suddath Relocation and Suddath Division office across the country

Process invoices for payment in an accurate and timely manner
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Monitor invoicing queue to ensure payments are made on time
Communicate with vendors to resolve issues
Analyze invoices and make necessary adjustments before payment
Data entry of A/P invoices through a web-based expense reporting system
Process branch/division checks and submit printed reports to department accounting coordinator and branch controllers
Review and research unused credit card payments to vendors
Wire payments, ACH Payments, Foreign Currency

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred. Prior experience in Accounts Payables required.
