The Coordinator – Secondary Markets is responsible for all aspects of product life cycle management. This position primarily focuses on product tracking and distribution. The Coordinator serves as a champion and model of GID’s values – “FACE IT” which incorporates fun, accountability, collaboration, empowerment, innovation, and transparency in all we do. The Secondary Markets Coordinator in Salvage will also support the Outlet Manager in implementing best practices for processing salvage for the organization. Strong vendor relationship building a must!

Maintains accurate reporting and tracking of Secondary Market inventory (as supported by Secondary Markets locations).
Works with Secondary Markets Leadership to ensure order processing and delivery of products within allotted timeline and budget. This includes, but is not limited to managing product inventory, the load list, moving product, and troubleshooting same day loads.
Provides outstanding customer service to ensure internal and external stakeholder satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to timely email and phone responses, order processing questions, and changes.
Performs vendor negotiations and escalates problems to Secondary Markets Leadership.
Works closely with vendors to ensure payments are received and processed.
Manages new vendor set-up to ensure a timely transaction.
Creates and tracks all order invoices, bill of landings (BOL), and manifests.
Tracks daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and updates reports accordingly. Completes Sun Aged reports pre-payments and accounting follow through.
Follows the direction of Secondary Markets Leadership on new vendor sourcing and networking.
Creates and updates all Secondary Markets standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Provides secondary support for administrative duties including, but not limited to KPI/WMS training and support, filing, data entry, Secondary Markets Blue Room updates, and Zendesk tickets.
Builds and maintains effective quality working relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Uses effective written and verbal communication. Uses good interpersonal skills treating everyone with dignity and respect. Immediately advises supervisor of significant and unexpected problems. Promotes and demonstrates teamwork and cooperation.
Completes assignments, projects, reports, and paperwork accurately and timely.
Follows all Goodwill policies and procedures. Follows safety rules and regulations. Acts safely at all times.
Works flexible schedules, overtime, weekends, evenings and holidays if required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Associates degree or equivalent preferred. Minimum of two years related warehouse, distribution, or supply chain experience required. Experience in invoicing/billing preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.


Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Listens and gets clarification. Responds well to questions. Demonstrates group presentation skills. Participates in meetings.

Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.


Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and apply necessary mathematical skills to address IT technical issues. Ability to apply mathematical concepts to manage appropriate budgeting practices.


To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word processing software; MS Excel spreadsheet software; and MS Outlook contact management systems. Ability to learn and work with computer programs/systems. Proficiency in Internet and general database concepts is preferred.


Ability to pass a criminal background search, pre-employment drug test, and E-verify. Must have a clear Colorado driver’s license and be able to drive on Goodwill business, if necessary.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Duties and responsibilities are usually conducted in Warehouse conditions. As business needs dictate, employee will travel and work from various Goodwill Operations locations where environmental conditions may vary. Employee may travel approximately 10% of the time.
