The Granite YMCA is currently seeking a Development Data and Reporting Administrator to add to our friendly, dynamic and welcoming Development Team.
Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees and the general public.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; ability to multitask
Ability to develop positive, effective working relationships with all staff and volunteers.
Skills to work proactively with, and in support of, employees throughout the organization.
Essential Functions
Create, update and maintain donor records, pledge cards, and campaign reports.
Provide a variety of timely reports to management teams.
Generate and send pledge reminders/payments to assist in cash flow and planning.
Submit Purchase Orders for the Development Department.
Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure monthly/yearly reconciliation of donations.
Assist with the organization and operation of the Annual Giving Campaign at all branches and camps.
Keep a development calendar for the department with deadlines for grants.
This is a full-time, hourly, position with benefits including:
