JOB PURPOSE:
Enova is a comprehensive management services company that supports a group of Omaha based companies. Our team consists of ~80 professionals who provide support services in Marketing, Human Resources, Training, Recruiting, Accounting, Finance, Safety, Warranty, Continuous Improvement, Information Technology and Strategy.

Enova is looking for a Market Insights Analyst to perform primary and secondary research and analytics to support integrating competitive/market intelligence and analytically-derived strategies to drive volume and retention. The Market Insights Analyst will work closely with both internal and external customers to understand their needs, and provide compelling and actionable customer, market, and business insights to support growth oriented initiatives. Responsible for conducting and managing both qualitative and quantitative research studies to understand customer needs and satisfaction, and present key findings and recommendations to internal clients.

You’ll be heavily relied upon to become the trusted business advisor to both Business Unit Leaders and Senior Leadership. We’re looking for a leader who is a critical thinker and can turn data into insights then influence business decisions using clear, concise and compelling communication skills. You’ll play a key role in the direction of business endeavors throughout the organization. We are seeking someone with at least five years of related work experience and a Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree preferred.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Deliver genuine, usable insight into prospective and existing client organizations and individuals. This insight will need to ensure effective activation from Analytics and Data to drive strategies and tactics for category brand portfolios, segmentation, and pricing.
Construct ROI models for the current client base. The models will need to be appropriate for a wide-range of sectors and should cover a broad range of reporting and analytic tools: qualitative, quantitative, online, audience measurement, traffic measurement, responses and sales and in many cases will need to be compatible with existing client reporting methodologies and templates.
Provide objective consultations and perspective to all levels of management on key business decisions
Initiates and completes detailed market, competitive, and VOC analyses using multiple research methodologies. Communicates effectively with sales and marketing teams to drive overall strategy and decision making.
Collects and analyzes competitive intelligence, industry intelligence, as well as current and future marketplace conditions.
Ties marketing intelligence to business intelligence to generate actionable insights that support growth initiatives and sales force effectiveness.
Analyzes data using statistics programs, predictive analytics and other data-driven tools to prioritize actions and assess potential impact.
Defines research objectives and determines method best suited for the objective. Works with business owners to develop, execute, and perform necessary analytics to generate insights.
Partners with product management and operational teams to determine customer, market, and application requirements for existing and future solutions.
Facilitates leadership checkpoints to integrate market insights into the growth and innovation pipeline. Supports aligned development of business cases as needed.
