Our New Business team is looking for a New Business Mail Queue Processor to pick up and assembles issue data, receive, sort and route mail electronically to various Home Office departments on a daily basis and perform clerical duties for the Administrative Underwriters (AU), Underwriters (UW), Client Service Representatives (CSR) and Outstanding Policy Specialists (OPS). The qualifications are:

High school diploma or GED
One year of office support/clerical experience
LOMASelect Testing
Working knowledge of CaseFlow, Ingenium, OnBase preferred
Basic PC skills (Windows)
Good data-entry skills (7,000 kspm with 90% accuracy)
Detail-oriented
Ability to lift 20 pounds and deliver items to different areas within the building

The role responsibilities are:
Process Onbase Mail Queues by monitoring and maintain the mail and medical queues to make sure requests made by the UW and AU for pending requirements are received and satisfied; route request to the appropriate person/department. Must also determine if answers received are sufficient for satisfying the pending requirement.
Verify Documents are indexed correctly by comparing, policy number, names, DOB’s and other client information on the document. Must also be able to determine if mail was not a requirement, what person or department would need to receive the mail and route accordingly
Obtain ROP Print (Caseflow Print) twice daily from the printer, sort letters and mail appropriate letters or deliver to the appropriate UW, AU, OPS and CSR on a daily basis.
Pick up issue data/policy contracts from IS systems twice daily and pass out to Administrative Underwriters.
Pick up issue data from AU and assemble contracts, verify all forms are included per assembly instruction page. Contracts are bound and mailed to the agent for delivery or directly to the client as certified mail and then tracked on the system.
Pick up checks from General Accounting and match and mail with the appropriate ROP Caseflow letters.
Pick up status sheets/letters Client Service/Policy Service areas. Deliver documents to appropriate NB area. Sort and deliver internal mail to the designated areas in New Business and Underwriting, several times daily.
Print Certified Mail Labels and pass out to the Administrative Underwriter.
Match Medical Record Invoices printed by the Medical Records Specialist to the checks and mail.
