Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Product Operations roles, building relationships and leading operational initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in stakeholder management.
Experience in Strategic or Annual Planning for large organizations.
Experience in management or operations consulting and managing/interpreting various stakeholder and team member expectations.
Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners (e.g., Google Cloud, Finance, HR) without direct authority.
Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills and excellent business acumen.
About the job

As an Operations member within the Collaboration and Communication (C&C) Strategy and Operations team, you will work closely with executive leadership and their management teams to help them effectively run their team and business. You will work cross-functionally for strategic and operational efforts that impact the organization (e.g., leading and contributing to the vision, strategy creation process, narrative development, etc.).

You’ll ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution of the organization’s strategy and roadmap.

Additional Information
(Colorado only*) Minimum salary of $147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

  • Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
Establish and optimize operating processes to effectively manage the organization by partnering closely across multiple functions simultaneously. Use cross-functional knowledge to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence partners and work.
Manage annual strategic/business planning processes in coordination with your team and key partners. Facilitate communication and decision-making with leaders and teams within Google Cloud and across Google.
Partner with Finance, People Operations, Communications, Product Leads, and other cross-functional stakeholders to effectively allocate and manage headcount and related costs to ensure people/project reporting is maintained.
Lead and support critical projects based on emergent business needs. Structure and execute analyses required to develop recommendations and communicate findings to the leadership team and the organization.
Enable organization wide execution of initiatives and manage leadership expectations.
