Drummond Woodsum is seeking a full-time assistant to join its Administration team. Duties will be varied, as the Admin team is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the firm.
Responsibilities will include:
Conducting conflict check searches – generating reports to identify any potential conflicts that may prohibit matter acceptance for attorneys to review
Entering new client/matter information into a database system
Filing
Mail processing
Reconciling firm bank accounts and petty cash
Firm credit card processing and reconciliations
Completing edits and entries for electronic billing clients
Qualifications:
Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
