We are seeking an independent and organized team member to join our fast-paced team. The Administrative Coordinator for Champlain College Online (CCO) performs a variety of administrative activities in support of the business and academic functions of the division. Reporting to the Associate Dean, the Coordinator uses critical judgment, and knowledge of the CCO and its business processes, and exercises agility and proactivity in this key role that supports the dynamic and growing needs of Champlain College Online.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accounts payable and receivable functions
Provides direct administrative support for the Leadership team
Working with Enrollment Ops, marketing, and other relevant parties keeps deadlines up to date on the website, landing pages, as well as on companion truED websites
Pulling lists for a variety of stakeholders from Salesforce
Meeting and event planning and coordination for meetings, events, and senior leaders of CCO including all Open House and commencement events
Order office supplies and computer equipment
Run business-related errands as needed
Manage textbooks for courses being offered per semester
Serves as project coordinator for a variety of marketing and academic projects
Additional projects as assigned

1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
Strong attention to detail and superior critical thinking skills.
High degree of comfort working in systems and applications.
Excellent communicator and problem solver.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred but not required working knowledge of Salesforce, Click-up (or other project management tool), Oracle, and similar systems is ideal.
