Accel Therapies is looking for an administrative coordinator to join our team in our Boise office. This person will be responsible for coordinating client intakes, checking benefits, managing the client experience, and ensuring successful treatment sessions. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to manage client experience and successfully support them through the intake, evaluation, and treatment processes. We strive for a high-level of client satisfaction in all our interactions! You'll coordinate with our clinical, recruiting, and training teams to ensure we have staff for cases and assist with the scheduling process, as well.


  • Perform client intakes; the first step in the client journey
  • Check benefits to ensure we can work with the family
  • Coordinate the evaluation process with the clinical team
  • Submit authorizations, as needed
  • Support scheduling for treatment sessions


  • Work experience in a similar role
  • A desire to help people and support a great client experience
  • Proficiency with Google Docs
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus


  • Really smart and really nice – lots of brain AND personality
  • 1+ years of administrative or operational management, or related experience
  • High school diploma


  • $15-20 per hour

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
