— Starting salary $74,700 / year
— 401(K) with company match to 4% after one year

— 12 days off, 16 days on per 28-day schedule (3 weeks on, 7-9 days off in a row with additional days off during the schedule for a total of 12)
— Opportunity to earn more through additional flying or instructor duties
Requirements
— U.S. citizenship or resident alien status (green card)
— High school diploma or equivalent
— B737 Type rating preferred, but not required.
— ATP – airplane multi-engine land
— Current FAA First Class medical certificate taken within 6 months of 1st day of groundschool (waivers only accepted on a case by case basis)
— Must be able to pass a Security Threat Assessment and Criminal History Background Check.
— Must pass a Safety-Sensitive function 14 CFR Part 120 Subpart E 120.105-120.109 pre-employment drug test.
First Officer Minimums
— 2,000 total flight time
— 500 hours multiengine (turboprop or jet preferred)
