The Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level level administrative and operational support and leadership to the HRSA funded, UVM Center on Rural Addition (CORA), specifically the Clinical & Translational Core and the CORA Clinician Advisory Board that is crucial to the Center’s success. Responsible for organizing, supporting and engaging in strategic planning for core operations, working with Center faculty and staff to complete newly-requested HRSA-requested deliverables focused on identifying OAT providers/clinics who treat pregnant women, coordinating and organizing activities related to the Center’s other clinically-oriented programs, and developing and maintaining processes for tracking complex Clinical and Translational Core activities.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two to four years’ of administrative experience supporting lab or center operations and outcomes. Proficiency with project management software, word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Desirable Qualifications
Knowledge in area of clinical research, medicine, public health, psychology or related disciplines desirable.
Working knowledge of Excel desirable.
