Executive Administrative Assistant

The Administrative team at Nice Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a self-driven and organized individual who will fill the role of executive administrative assistant! In this role, you will support the Chief Operating Officer and the Vice President of Engagement.

What you'll do at Nice:
Maintains COO & VP's confidence by keeping information confidential
Conserves COO & VP's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting emails and returning phone calls.
Maintains COO & VP's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel.
Acts as the point of contact between the COO & VP internal/external contacts.
Completes projects assigned by the COO & VP and follows up on results.
Work with process coordinator; helping to maintain provider licensure.
Review Employer contracts and place into Drop Box and update the Engagement team via Slack

What you've done before:
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products in order to prepare documents and/or spreadsheets and work with data.
Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and maintain accurate record keeping systems with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in a virtual work environment
Experience with scheduling and/or schedule coordination/management.
Highly efficient time management and prioritization of assigned tasks.
Experience with task management and Asana to help keep all projects on course and moving forward.
Strong calendar management, updating and scheduling meetings and recurring meetings; adding breaks and protecting no meeting days.
