Peak Security is looking for a Field Supervisor to assist our Patrol team! If you love a little variety, teamwork, and communication, keep reading! This is a Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm full-time position. You will report daily to the corporate office for assignments and will then be in the field majority of the time.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Patrol Manager with administrative duties
- Work with Patrol and Security Officers in the field
- Reports to Account Manager about all activities
- Respond to alarms at clients' properties
- Provide customer service
- Resolve any clients concerns, customers inquiries, or officers needs
- Stay in constant communication at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work with all levels of organization
- 5 years driving experience with a clean MVR
- Willingness to obtain security license
- Clean background
- Expert communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft applications
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments at once
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
