Check with seller HR & Office Assistant (Part-time Contract) Boston

Please note: This is a - . month contract for – hours/week starting the beginning of May.
We're looking for a motivated, focused and highly organized HR & Office Assistant to join our People team on a temporary, consulting basis ( - .-month maternity leave coverage). There will be lots to juggle, and you'll be working closely with all different people within the company. This role is hybrid. Expectation would be to go into the office or times a week.
HR Admin:
- Responsible for the administration of all HR systems: HiBob (HRIS), TriNet (PEO) & TeamTailor (ATS)
- Add new hires, process leavers and make all employee changes in HiBob and TriNet
- Post jobs and help coordinate interviews in TeamTailor (our ATS)
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
Office Admin:
- Schedule and assist with meetings, order catering as needed
- Keep office assets audit list up to date
- Send out weekly ‘All-Hands’ slides, drive, record, save and upload weekly All Hands Meetings
- Send out and set up laptops and company swag to new hires
- Book travel as needed
- Purchase anything needed for the office, or employees, (snacks, supplies, laptops)
- Liaison between building management and employees for US and UK office
- Balance receipts on Expensify with credit card statement
- Activate and deactivate office access cards
- Keep employees informed about things going on with the office/company via Slack and email
- Handle Instagram and VentureFizz accounts
- Executive assistance support as needed
About you
You need to be a self-starter who can handle a broad variety of tasks efficiently, accurately and positively.
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- + years of HR administrative and/or office management experience
- Impeccable organization skills, with relentless focus and the ability to consistently produce high volumes of accurate, well-produced work
- Desire to make things happen and find a solution to any problem
- Highly computer literate with experience using GSuite, MS Office, Slack and other related business and communication tools
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS system and familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
