Hanini Group are looking for an Office Admin to join the team at their office in Newark. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work in a stable and friendly environment.

Qualifications:
The individual should be detail oriented, well organized, willing to learn and able to see an assignment through to its end
Excellent communication and writing skills are essential
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of secretary experience, is confident and is empathetic and warm in interactions with clients
A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office with particular proficiency in google docs and sheets

Responsibilities:
Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email.
Keep track of office inventory, purchase and organize necessary supplies and materials.
Perform general office administrative duties such as receiving incoming phone calls, circulating business correspondence etc.
Assist leadership team with various tasks as needed
Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings.
Perform administrative tasks, including filing, archiving and photocopying.
Write emails, memos and letters.
Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems.
Take office responsibilities.
Basic math skills required.
Exceptional communication and organization skills.
Taking care of administrative office work and general maintenance of the office.
Leadership skills and a team-player.
