Tressler LLP, a national law firm composed primarily of attorneys who devote their practice to the representation of the insurance industry in coverage analysis and resolution, litigation and underwriting consultation, is seeking an organized Office/File Clerk to join our Chicago office located in Willis Tower.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with scanning and filing documents
Ability to distinguish between legal documents
Moderate typing skills
Maintain and clean conference rooms, and other areas
Prepare coffee, stock conference rooms with water or soda for meetings
Assist Office Services
Operate office machines, such as photocopier, scanner, fax machine, and computer
Retrieve filing from attorneys’ offices
Deliver packages
Assist with moving furniture and office items (when needed)
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Restock supply closet, order supplies.
Knowledge of Net Docs and Office 365, a plus
Useful information
