Overview:
Element has a Work From Home opportunity for an Order Entry Administrator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global TIC business.

Responsibilities:
Element will train for all listed responsibilities
Enter orders into the order management system. Review and interpret customer purchase orders to determine the requirements of the order
Communicate with Customers to clarify order requests
Effectively communicate via written and verbal instructions to downstream employees performing required work
Work as a member of the Team to support operations and Customers to deliver high level of service

Skills / Qualifications:
Positive attitude to keep focused on solutions for customers both internal and external.
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities
Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect
Flexible schedule can be accommodated (example split shift, off hours, part time), work from home after training period

This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon the employer obtaining the necessary export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security, the U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, or other applicable government agency.
