You can expect that your day-to-day duties will include, but not limited to, the following job tasks.
Review forms for accuracy
Perform data entry in ACADIS and other programs
Register students for training
Audit and edit electronic records
Prepare class packets for course instruction
Create class rosters and assign grades
Advises SC Law Enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with the SC Training Act and Training Regulations
Respond to inquires (by phone, email, and in-person)
Maintain professional association with other law enforcement agencies
Creates reports, correspondence, and special projects, as assigned
If you are the right candidate for this opportunity, then you must at least meet the following requirements.
High school diploma and six (6) years of clerical experience or
Associate’s degree and four (4) years of clerical experience or
Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of clerical experience and
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
