Minimum qualifications:
3.5 years of experience in social impact marketing or partner management
Experience working in and/or with historically underserved communities
Experience crafting and executing go-to-market strategies

Preferred qualifications:
Experience telling stories about external partners and delivering exemplary results
Experience building and leading social or marketing campaigns for or with historically underrepresented groups
Experience leading cross-functional working groups to ensure multiple internal goals are met
Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across businesses and leadership levels

As a Community Engagement Partner Marketing Manager for Grow with Google, you have a unique opportunity to build, launch, and manage high impact partnerships that create economic opportunity for students, job-seekers, and small businesses. You will manage relationships with prominent national organizations working with them to co-create high impact programs, ensuring they have the go-to-market resources they need, and helping to tell their story. You’ll roll out scaled campaigns and test ideas.

You will be expected to bring a strategic creative vision to the team while still being able to execute and manage tactical tasks to bring the work to life. You will navigate internal and external partners and stakeholders. You’ll work with a cross-functional team across policy, public relation,, marketing, people operations, legal, product, and more.

Drive the strategy and day-to-day management of key training programs and partnerships, providing direct guidance to the national partner organizations behind the programs.
Work with agencies to develop digital skills training curriculum tailored to the needs of key partners.
Work alongside colleagues to create marketing and go-to-market strategy programs, guiding the development of creative assets, and outreach materials.
Package and communicate program/initiative results and showcase success stories.
Ensure all efforts drive demonstrable impact (i.e., partner enrollments and learner completions).
