Job Summary
This role will be responsible for leveraging marketing technology and data to deliver highly personalized, automated customer journeys across multiple audience segments. Effective problem-solving, technical and analytical expertise, and understanding end-to-end marketing processes, including strategy, creative development, and marketing operation are needed. In addition to managing the data and automation technologies, this role will drive digital marketing as a whole, including digital presence via our website, partnering with agencies on digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities include :
Local Search Optimization Maintenance (Google)
Assist with maintaining the website
Tracking, reporting and analyzing website data
Work within our marketing automation platforms (Pinpoint, Total Expert, MX) to build and execute campaigns and journeys
Collect data and reporting as it pertains to digital campaigns in our platforms and social media
Partner with Brand Creative Director to manage and analyze third-party agency campaign work
Develop consistent reporting of analytics of digital channels to assist in making informed decisions and marketing recommendations
Provide technical expertise as software administrator for bank marketing digital platforms
Build and develop SEO/SEM campaigns including paid and organic search
Own the setup and management of online webinars to drive registration and follow-up
Perform testing of marketing automation and demonstrate effectiveness to all stakeholders
Work with Brand Creative Director and business units to analyze specifications for marketing automation, including campaigns and managing journeys across multiple products
