The Role:
The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager and marketing team with on-site marketing needs, and necessary tasks at the Old National Centre. Brand Ambassador team members will be responsible for representing and increasing the recognition of the Old National Centre Brand and upcoming concerts in the Indianapolis area. The Brand Ambassador will work primarily onsite to help promote upcoming events and concerts along with growing the Old National Centre newsletter database. This role is based in Indianapolis and the ideal candidate would be able to work 10-20 hours a week.

Responsibilities:
Perform a range of on-site concert related marketing initiatives to support the daily operations of the Old National Centre marketing group
Work closely with Marketing Manager, Talent and Ticketing teams to create and implement ticketing selling options for future shows at a designated spot within the venue but outside of the box office.
Represent Marketing Department day-of –show when needed including coordination of on-site media partners and approved press photographers
Implement digital marketing & on-site social media strategies that include creative and engaging content that showcases all of our venue’s assets. This includes creating content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tik Tok on show days as necessary.
Support promotional and street team activities at venue, off-site and online
Engage patrons and inform them of upcoming events and concerts
Contribute to ongoing process improvements
Maintain an understanding of Old National Centre/Live Nation shows and products
Adhere to all confidentiality requirements for corporate, strategic, and marketing information
Spreading show awareness through word-of-mouth marketing techniques
Interacting with locals and tourists to inform them of current events at Old National Centre
On occasion, attend events in Indianapolis to promote Old National Centre and upcoming shows/events
Adapt to customer needs ensuring that they are understood, and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take, or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken.
Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as chairs, barricade, Etc.
