The R&A is at the forefront in modernising the sport and making it more relevant to today’s society. The R&A’s purpose is to make golf more accessible, appealing and inclusive and to ensure it is thriving 50 years from now. Our Commercial department plays a key role in supporting that purpose and currently seeks to recruit a Membership Marketing Manager.
The successful candidate will work within the Commercial department to manage, and be accountable for, the development, management, and activation of The One Club (The Open’s free digital membership).
The One Club is a way for fans of The Open across the world to get closer to golf's original Championship. By joining The One Club, members will become part of a community able to access a range of benefits and experiences, including premium ticket access & exclusive upgrades, unique year-round experiences and behind-the-scenes access, merchandise offers and the chance to win tickets to events and exclusive content from The Open. This is an exciting time for someone to come on board and lead on the development of The One Club.
As Membership Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be a core member of the Marketing Communications team. They will project manage campaigns through several stages of conception, creation and deployment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to achieve our commercial and membership growth ambitions.
