Job Summary:
Distributes items to all areas of the hospital as necessary .

The following is a summary of the major functions of this individual's job. He or she may perform other duties, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below, and specific functions may change from time to time.
1. Timely distribution and pick up of linen.
2. Timely distribution of hospital scrubs.
3. Maintain proper linen inventory levels in all stock areas, no overstock or no stock outages.
4. Maintains a clean and organized linen room.
5. Alert proper staff of linen shortages and issues.
6. Distributes and picks up pillows through out hospital.
7. Coordinates lost and found between linen service and BHE.
8. Responds promptly to any calls and pages for linen service.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:
A. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
