As a member of the TNF Americas HR team, the HRBP Support Coordinator will provide utility support to all HR initiatives for the Americas HR team. This critical team member will be working on initiatives in the areas of reporting (turnover data, HR scorecard, general HR and L&D reporting), tracking/maintaining COVID vaccine status for retail, support annual HR programs, HR and L&D calendar maintenance, HR transactions, onboarding support, associate experience, and associate inquiries.

How You Will Make a Difference

Assist with developing and maintaining meaningful metrics and reports for key stakeholders.
Timely processing of HR transactions (title changes, promotions, job postings, etc.).
Provide insights for the onboarding and development of TNF Retail initiatives.
Assist with keeping retail L&D activities organized by maintaining the L&D calendar and maintain the HR Team calendar.
Liaison between associate and COEs for issues or inquiries (e.g. payroll, benefits, mobility).
Support the HRBPs in the annual review and comp cycles, Goals Day, and Talent Reviews.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-2 years

Educational Position Requirements:
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Experience working in a TNF retail location.
Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Range:
$54,000.00 USD - $81,000.00 USD annually

Annual Incentive Eligibility :
This position is eligible to participate in VF's Annual Incentive Plan. Incentive Plan awards are contingent upon (1) achievement of your individual objectives and (2) VF achieving its' Corporate and business level financial objectives.

Long Term Incentive Eligibility :
This position is not eligible for long term incentive.
