Duval Acura is looking for a part-time Front Desk/Receptionist to come be a part of our team!
The Front Desk/Receptionist will receive calls at our auto dealership, determine the nature of their business and direct callers to their destination. The Front Desk/Receptionist will also answer basic inquiries, route incoming calls, take messages and provide basic information to all callers. This position is responsible for scanning documents and maintaining files. Will be responsible for proper cash handling and taking payments, on occasion. General office and clerical duties as needed. Automotive dealership or general office experience is a plus, but not required.
Work hours may include morning and afternoon shifts. Evening and Saturday shifts may or may not be required. Applicant must be flexible with schedule.
To perform this job successfully, candidates must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions, have strong verbal and written communication skills and provide exceptional customer service to customers.
All applicants are required to demonstrate the ability to pass all pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, drug test and be able to present a valid driver's license.
