Position Overview
This position will assist the Superintendent in all functions of home construction. The Assistant Superintendent will communicate with trade partners, buyers, and sales throughout the building process.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assists Superintendent with reviewing plans and materials prior to commencing construction
Walk each home under construction daily
Assist with field coordination, material deliveries, installation, and quality of work preformed
Communicate with subcontractors, homebuyers, and municipalities
Create and complete punch lists through various stages of home construction
Maintain a safe, organized, and OSHA compliant job site
Assist with homebuyer orientations and walkthroughs
Utilize Builder Software to efficiently schedule and track building progress
Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent required
Experience in homebuilding or related field preferred
Valid Driver’s license
Honesty is a non-negotiable
Positive mindset that is focused on serving others
Organized with a strong work ethic
