Document & Business Solutions (DBS) is JPMorgan Chase's distribution and print line of business operating across NAMR, EMEA, APAC and LATAM in more than 100 locations worldwide. DBS is responsible for managing vital employee services including print & copy, messenger, courier, fulfillment, and distribution of all incoming & outgoing mail products & services.
As a Mail Services Receipt & Distribution Specialist, you will be responsible for processing all mail functions including, but not limited to:
Operating functional equipment; including metering, x-ray, inserting (where applicable) and other equipment.
Receive, sort, open, scan, weigh, deliver/distribute, and pick up incoming and outgoing work.
Stage work for courier pickup including required manifest(s) and documentation.
Basic record keeping and tracking of data as required by management.
May be required to alternate between other locations within job location state to provide coverage as needed as well as variation of work hours to conform to needed coverage.
Identify receipt of tampered work and escalate as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Ability to follow directions and follow through on tasks.
Good customer service skills.
Able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment.
Detail and deadline oriented with strong emphasis on safeguarding all personal and confidential information.
General understanding of Microsoft Office products; including Outlook (email system).
Must be comfortable with use of basic business technology.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Able to lift and push items of significant weight.
Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in a mail production environment.
