Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY :
Operations Solutions Representative. This individual will need to be highly motivated, detail oriented, and experienced with Microsoft Office. The person will operate in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and they must be passionate, accepting of a changing environment and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
Receiving and Shipping

Distribute and/or catalog all inbound shipments

Create shipping labels and return labels via FedEx Ship Manager software

Pick, package , and ship all outbound shipments

Process and/or catalog all outbound shipments

Distribute and/or catalog stock purchase orders

Monitor inventory quantities and keep items organized

Process orders for ATMs, parts, wireless devices, signage, supplies and process RMAs (Return Merchand ise Authorization)

Check proprietary software ( PAIReports ) and company webstore for orders and RMAs

Create sales order s, purchase orders and RMAs

Purchase ATMs or parts from and/or setup RMAs with appropriate vendor s

Update order and purchase information in PAIReports and company webstore

Provide customer service related to ATM , parts and wireless orders along with RMAs

Manage a phone queue to a nswer calls from customers about orders and RMAs

Provide price quotes and price matches to customers

Relay stock availability information to customers

Manage multiple email queue s that include both internal and external customers

Other

Work with Repair Technicians on availability of refurbished parts and/or wireless devices

Work with Shipping Specialists to provide return labels to Technicians and Customers

Build relationships with VTS and PAI Vendors

Protect All Company Assets

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma required

Associates Degree preferred

1 – 2 years of relevant experience

Excellent attention to detail

A combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated.

COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Out look, Word and especially Excel

Ability to type at least 45 WPM and proficiency with 10-key data entry

Experience with Great Plains software preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This work is performed in a warehouse setting. The working environment can be distracting due to noise. There may be long periods of standing and lifting items up to 80lbs.

EFFORT:
Must be able to see, hear, speak and listen. Must be an excellent listener, continuous looking at a computer screen. Interact with management and co-workers on a daily basis . Work can be stressful and requires a calm, patient demeanor.

SUPERVISORY / MANAGEMENT DUTIES:
The employee is not responsible for supervising other positions but must be capable of leadership.
