Participate in recruitment, interviewing, selection and training of career and college access instructors.3. Co-ordinates, administers and proctors a variety of high stakes testing4. Liaison with employers, service providers, Career Center, post-secondary institutions, local Chamber of Commerce and other adult education programs.5. Works collaboratively with area employers and adult educators to develop career pathways training.6.
Assists adult learners with accessing relevant programming7. Maintains necessary records for certificate programs, and testing8. Provides intake, assessment, advising and appropriate placement of adult learners 9. Instructs career education related topics as determined by student need10.
Assist with bi-annual catalog development and the marketing of related programming11. Explore grant opportunities and local business contacts to enhance WRAE programming12. Collect, synthesize, and analyze information and data required for grant reporting13. Works as a team with the Director, Secretary, ABE Coordinator, and the Program/Marketing Coordinator
