Position Summary:
Milan Laser is growing and has a great opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Operations team. We are seeking a knowledgeable Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to ensure an optimal working environment in our clinics. The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for resolving help desk tickets, scheduling routine maintenance, and offering superb customer service to our clinics. The ideal candidate is ultra-responsive, detail oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Status: Full-time
Compensation: Based on experience
Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining our internal facility maintenance help desk portal
Submitting service requests to our 3rd party facility management company
Liaison between clinics and any outside vendors needed to resolve specialized problems
Assisting facility team members with the construction & refresh of existing clinics
Responding to urgent maintenance calls

Requirements to be considered for this role are as follows:
Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalency required
Proficiency with Google docs and Google sheets
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use time management and problem-solving to meet strict deadlines
Flexibility to respond to tickets during evenings
