JOB SUMMARY: Collaborates/assists in the coordination to deliver a comprehensive activity programs to match the needs of patients/residents/tenants of Avera Prince of Peace.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
LTC or health care experience preferred.
Musical background preferred.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:
Certified Nurse Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of South Dakota required. If not C.N.A. certified, must obtain certification within 12 months of hire.

Schedule: Full Time, Day/Evening Shift, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm, e/3rd wknd/hol; 80hrs/2wks
