Job Summary
The Facility Maintenance position is responsible for performing routine, heavy and light manual work in cleaning production areas and premises of buildings.

Essential Functions

• Performs cleaning of the Die Cast department, cleaning die cast machines and around them, and getting die cast machines ready for preventive maintenance
• Help clean other direct departments as needed
• Duties may include a combination of sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, removing chips and disposing of trash and other refuse
• Fill shot bead dispensers daily

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• No experience required!

Kurt Die Casting features 20 CNC machining centers and 15 die casting machines ranging in size from 500 to 1,200 tons. Many of the castings we produce feature challenging designs that require secondary operations such as machining, finishing and assembly.
