Shift: Days, Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm with potential to work longer hours as needed

Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000/yr.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Oversees all aspects of production assembly, assuring smooth, efficient & safe environment for coworkers.
Interviews and hires for available positions.
Oversees processes and develops techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of finished goods.
Assists in meeting customer needs and services.
Acts as liaison with coworkers for human resources, insurance/benefit questions.
Enforces policies and procedures per ACS manuals and policy handbook.
Processes time cards and enters payroll form.
Coordinates hours and reporting of hours to temp agencies.
Has working knowledge of all positions.
Reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.
Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
Resolves worker grievances or submits unsettled grievances to Production Superintendent for action.
Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data.

2-year Associates degree (preferred)
Extensive operations experience preferred, as well as experience managing people and processes
Detail oriented and ability to perform multiple tasks
Demonstrates a high level of skill and effectiveness in customer service activities
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong Microsoft Excel computer skills
Develop effective working relationships with peers, sales team and across organizational lines
A team player and ability to get along with a wide variety of personalities
