Full Time - 40 Hours Per Week - 7:00 pm - 3:00 am (Every 8th Weekend)

Some duties that you will be completing in this position are -
Disinfecting and cleaning bathrooms and replenishing supplies like -
Soap
Towels
Bathroom tissue
Dispensable items
Cleaning front entrances and lobbies
Cleaning windows and all vertical and horizontal structures, such as, walls, ceilings, sprinkler heads, etc., as required
Sweeping and moping floors as well as striping and waxing floors
Shampooing and extracting carpets in residential and common areas
Emptying trash throughout the building
Cleaning
Exam rooms
Hallways
Swimming pool deck
Elevators
Gym
Classrooms
Locker rooms
Conference rooms
Offices
Moving furniture
Shoveling snow
Writing work orders for obvious services needed and routes to appropriate facilities staff

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A High school diploma/GED is required. Three years of janitorial experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
