About the Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional football team and a member of the National Football League's AFC South Division. The Jaguars are one of the NFL's youngest franchises, playing their first regular-season home game on September 3, 1995, in Jacksonville, Fla., and have since won three division titles. In this role, you will work with current and Legend Jaguars players, corporate sponsors, and community partners to identify ways to reduce barriers to opportunity through advocacy and activism while working to level the playing field by leveraging the power of football. This position reports to the Vice President of Social Responsibility & Impact.

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate workforce development programs- including timeline, community partnership outreach, marketing materials, and provide oversight for strategic goals
Provide general support for Social Responsibility & Impact by managing tasks, assignments, and projects relating to programs, events, and gameday functions.
Coordinate with Player Development, CR, and PR and help implement player-driven justice initiatives
Create volunteer opportunities for staff, especially those in the Diversity Engagement Network, focusing on monthly volunteer engagement events in the Historical Eastside community.
Responsible for creating program briefs, event requests, and monthly impact reports based on Jaguars' organizational standards.
Coordinate with Partnerships, Events, and nonprofits to use the Fan Entertainment Zone space on game day to bring awareness of different social movements throughout Jacksonville.
Assist in booking and scheduling quarterly speakers for the player justice educational series

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree
One to two years of relevant experience
Excellent presentation, verbal, written skills with a strong ability to take the initiative and research
Skillful in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
Strong ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and multi-task to meet deadlines
Ability to work well and thrive as a team member while managing independent projects
Able to lift fifty pounds.
Positive attitude, trustworthiness and passionate about work and the organization
Able to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality
Ability to handle competing priorities

Strong sense of community
