IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
The Talent Acquisition Assistant (TAA) at Hallmark Cards plays a key role to enable the Talent Acquisition team to meet its priorities of hiring exceptional talent for Hallmark Cards.

This position provides administrative support for hiring process for one or more of the following:

Global recruiting support (may include the following: college, GA, NE, internal reqs)
Corporate Store Group (CSG) recruiting support
Recruiting and onboarding support including Corporate Stores and PT Field
Flexstaffing support

The TAA supports the department and team members as needed to accomplish department objectives. The work can be very confidential in nature given that it pertains to personnel information. It requires discretion, professionalism, technical capability, attention to detail, and strong process management. The individual in the position must adhere to OFCCP and other government and compliance regulations.The buckets of work and percentage of time below vary across the TAAs on the team and may scale up and down based on needs of the business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:
High school diploma or GED; may include specialized or vocational courses
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative support, event planning, process management, project management and/or recruiting process support in a high volume environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume will stand out if you have:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point
Strong willingness to excel in an administrative role
Proven ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency
Strong professionalism
