Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate Talent Consultant who, like the rest of our dynamic team, does whatever it takes to deliver high-quality candidates. In this process, you will continue to advance the DISH brand across numerous markets and professional communities. Our senior leadership team views talent acquisition as an integral part of their team, and you will find yourself immersed in cutting-edge technology daily. Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
Successfully prioritize and manage the full cycle recruiting process while delivering a stellar hiring experience to both the candidate and hiring manager
Actively source for candidates using various career-specific sites such as LinkedIn; build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through pro-active sourcing and on-going relationship management; attend networking events that occur throughout the year
Partner with hiring teams within various corporate departments to understand business needs and maintain strong and consistent communication; capability to recruit for a variety of departments as needed
Network through relationships with business leaders, vendors and community organizations to promote the DISH employment brand
Achieve all SLAs including time to fill and “exceeds expectations” rankings in both candidate and hiring manager satisfaction; exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency

Skills, Experience and Requirements

A successful recruiter will have the following:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ year(s) of solid knowledge and experience (or equivalent combination or education and experience) of full life-cycle recruitment, selection, and negotiation techniques; in-house recruiting experience a plus
Experience supporting technology or manufacturing recruiting is a plus
Exceptionally aware of internal politics; ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of the organization; high level of confidentiality
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus (iCIMS)
Flexibility to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships

Salary Range

Compensation: $57,400.00/Year - $82,000.00/Year
