Order MVR's CBR's, and CLUE reports for Underwriter purposes.
•
Verify motorboat information for new business and changes (varies by state).
•
Dictate protection class change letters, order protection class listings, diary for returned listings, file PIAL notices and refer letters to Regional Underwriting Manager for completion (varies by state).
•
Match dictated letters/memos with files in dictation trays.
•
Review diary prior to referring to Underwriters for reordering of CBR's and/or MVR's.
•
Work diary daily.
•
Maintain adequate work flow. Include collecting, separation and distribution of work as needed to/from Underwriters and to/from Underwriting Department and other departments.
•
Answer telephone, pull files for Underwriters and perform other duties as requested by Underwriter.
•
Perform special assignments for Regional Underwriting Manager and Underwriters as requested.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office
•
Proficient in English written & verbal communication skills
•
45 wpm typing
