At Servco Subaru Honolulu Parts, we provide top notch service to our customers. Are you a safe driver, efficient, and reliable? If so, we have a Utility Person position at our Servco Subaru (location) Parts department. You can be a key contributor to the success of our dealership and external customers by delivering parts and accessories in timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect parts to ensure correct parts were received and in sellable condition
Check merchandise pulled against parts order to ensure correct items and quantities are being delivered
Safely load and secure merchandise in the delivery vehicle
Deliver merchandise to internal dealerships and external repair shops
Obtain acknowledgement of receipt from customers, including payment from customers with COD accounts
Clean and maintain delivery vehicle including adding fuel and checking tire pressure and fluids
Immediately report any vehicle safety or maintenance concerns
Perform warehouse duties including pulling parts, etc.
Assist Parts Advisors as needed
Assist Service department with greeting customers and performing vehicle check-in and walk around as needed
Shuttle service customers as needed

Qualifications:
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum six months of delivery experience
Auto parts knowledge and delivery experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Knowledge of Oahu streets and locations
Strong communication and customer relations skills
Computer proficiency
Must be a team player, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and be safety conscious
Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
