DUTIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Reviewing concrete orders for accuracy, including driving directions and mapping, correct products, delivery times, truck spacing and quantities
• Become familiar with our products and services
• Become familiar with the abilities of a ready mix truck
• Develop a strong working relationship with fellow team members, driver teams, customers and KRC contracting groups
• Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed
• Filing and entering information from concrete tickets into the Command Concrete program as needed
• Fill in when other dispatchers are on vacation
• Other duties as needed Minimum Qualifications: *Current and valid drivers license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and previous construction experience is helpful
• Ability to operate and learn new computer programs
• Ability to effectively manage time and multi task
• Ability to manage stressful situations
• Ability to work safely in a busy construction environment
• Willingness to work odd hours and Saturdays if necessary
• Must work as a member of a location team
• Ability to accurately log important information on a daily basis
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before contractors or employees
