Crew members assist with set-up of vessel; load and dispatch guests from specified pickup areas at the hotel locations and to assigned vehicles then vessel, provide complete service cycle of lunch to guests in a highly professional, efficient, and friendly manner, and other duties including entertainment routines, guest participation, escorting of guests safely at the end of the lunch cruise, and complete clean up of all dining areas.
Crew members must also assist guest who have chosen the snorkeling cruise with their time both in and out of the water ensuring a safe and pleasurable experience. Crew members are able to give instruction on snorkel equipment as well as guide a snorkel tour.
Must be neat in appearance, dependable, have a positive attitude
Must have the ALOHA SPIRIT and a passion for providing excellent customer service
Strong swimming skills
Able to lift 25 lbs.
