Position Summary:
We are looking for a professional to support/perform data entry and running reports as a member of the Account On/Offboarding Processing Operations Team who support Deloitte's largest clients by ensuring practitioners meet our client's contractual obligations and are ready to serve.

Work you'll do:
You'll be responsible for performing client-specific data entry requirements, following data loss protection workflows, effective handling of PII during data entry into client and/or Third Party systems. You will work within a team of global professionals and support a portfolio of clients, understanding each client's unique requirements following standard operating procedures.

Account Initial Setup & Ongoing Maintenance

Performs data entry in support of ACP clients, inclusive of performing final review of account setup guides, account agreement, and engagement setup on Navigate, or data loss prevention workflows and Third Party systems date entry, PII Security
Ensures critical data is entered properly into forms and applications according to written instructions
Contributes to governance reports, creation of account reports, and provides status updates to AOPS Team leadership

Task Handling

Completes assignments and provides quality review oversight as assigned
Collaborates with other pods / teams to deliver support services
Prepares / maintains process documents and training modules for new processes or system enhancements, as requested
Identifies opportunities to optimize processes and increase efficiency

Quality Control & Assurance

Ensures all work performed meet AOPS Team quality and timeliness standards
Supports issue management through research and root cause analysis; raising issues to pod lead and AOPS Team Lead and following through to resolution

Team Development Support

Understand expectations, provide feedback to team leaders, and supports own growth and development
Shares learnings and conducts training, as requested

Qualifications

2-3 years of professional experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Power Point, and Word
Experience as user of Salesforce, Fieldglass, Beeline, Citrix, etc. helpful
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment with the ability to work virtually and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail with exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
