Legacy Supply Chain, supporting Product Distribution Company is hiring a Part Time Data Entry Clerk. We are looking for a focused data entry clerk to continuously update our company's and customer’s databases. The data entry clerk will work with dispatchers to report driver routes in four different databases in a timely and accurate manner. You will identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
What We Offer:
$18.00 per hour
Paid Weekly
Full-time schedule, Monday thru Friday, 9AM-5PM
Responsibilities:
Gather reports, trailer numbers, pick-up and delivery times, and routing information from dispatchers and drivers
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Enter all data into Transplace, MacroPoint, Four Kites and TMW
Update routing information to the same for all daily routes
Handle additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma
1+ years’ experience in Transportation (preferred)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
Proficient typing skills
