Overview:
WAYZATA, MN (OPEN TO ALL US CANDIDATES)-Incredible parents living in a wooded, serene neighborhood on Lake Minnetonka seek a FULL-TIME, LIVE-IN or LIVE-OUT NANNY for their two infants (boy and girl) born via surrogacy in June 2021. They are looking to add a calm, team-oriented professional to care for their children. Schedule would ideally be a split schedule of 7am-11am & 5pm-9pm 5 days per week for a live-in and for a live-out 7am-7pm 3 days per week including one weekend day. They currently have 3 full-time nannies and a night nanny. Preference is to always have 2 nannies working together throughout the daytime hours. They live in a fully staffed home and have another full-time nanny who lives in 4 nights/week, as well as a night nanny and part-time nanny. Live in accommodations consist of a private bedroom in their 8-bedroom home. The room is fully furnished, comes with a kitchenette and en suite bathroom. The living quarters have a separate entrance and plenty of room for privacy in the home. Duties are solely baby related such as bottle prep/feeding/washing, nap time, keeping on a schedule, introducing solids, tidying the nursery and babies’ laundry. No housekeeping or cooking. They have an in-home chef who makes baby foods. There are two dogs (Maltese and Belgian Malinois) in the home who are cared for by a dog handler (no allergies!). They travel abroad extensively during the winter months and would love for their nanny to join! They have homes in LA and NY as well that they visit but Minnesota is home base. Must be willing and able to travel and have a valid passport! The ideal candidate has a calm, easy-going demeanor. Someone who is drama-free, brings positive energy and leads a healthy lifestyle. Must have prior experience with infants and toddlers and be a true team player. They are a polite, informal household, where everyone works together and pitches in. Teamwork is key! Must be fully vaccinated for COVID, flu, tdap, etc. Pay is commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid sick days, holidays and vacation. Start date is ASAP!

Qualifications:
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study

CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position

A passion for working with children

Two+ years childcare experience

Excellent work and personal references

U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)

Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership

Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

Competent swimmer

Non-smoker

Willing to go through extensive Background Check

Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident

Willingness to show proof of immunizations

No-cell phone driving signed guarantee

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
