Be an integral part of the Yum! HR team, make things happen, manage details to keep leaders focused on big work and drive the culture and connectivity of the HR team. This Administrative Assistant position will provide support to the Chief People Officer for Yum! Brands Corporate and general support for the HR Team in a fast paced environment. Additionally, this role will support the VP, Total Rewards & VP Global talent on the Yum! HR team. This key individual will manage multiple deliverables, commitments and correspondence in support of the HR function’s daily, weekly and yearly needs.

Assist CPO and other department leaders with day-to-day administrative tasks, projects, and planning
Own administrative functions: calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports for CPO, VP Total Rewards & VP Global Talent
Arrange meetings and team events including department meetings, off-sites, outings, celebration events, etc.
Coordinate all aspects of offsite face to face meetings for executive level HR leaders including hotel, meeting space, catering, and team building events.
Manage office supplies for department – maintain inventory and order supplies as needed or requested.
Act as a trusted partner to the Chief People Officer, VP Total Rewards, VP Global Talent, and other department leaders.
Manage ticket allocation and distribution Yum!-wide for employee recognition
Professionally screen phone calls and support emergency requests; route or respond to routine inquiry calls.
Consolidate, edit, and distribute various department correspondence, reports, and presentations
Review, track, and code invoices.

Minimum Requirements:
4-5 years of Executive Assistant experience
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Suite and embraces technology
Excellent proofreading and editing skills
Strong organizational, follow through and time management skills
Commitment to recognition culture
Excellent customer focused support and attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
Manage ticket allocation and distribution Yum!-wide for employee recognition (onsite work required)
Must be fully vaccinated, subject to reasonable accommodation as required by law. Proof of vaccination required

Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and commitments in support of the HR team’s daily activities and prioritize tasks with minimal direction
Comfortable changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with poise, tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
