Summary
Provides administrative assistance to student as it relates to their records.
Essential Functions
Provides unofficial transcripts upon request of the student.
Complete student enrollment verification letters.
Verify student enrollment status to third party verifiers, schools, and for employment purposes.
Process program change requests.
Input Change of Address requests.
Prepare Airframe and power plant certificates.
Complete re-entry paperwork for returning Tech
Run degree audits and class schedules upon request.
Process transcript requests for former students.
Assist students in an office setting.
File documents.
Complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Success
Audit grade cards and file into the students file
Upload to CampusVue Status Change Forms for the National Registrar to process
Audit student files
Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required
One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge/skills:
Strong communications and computer skills using Microsoft Office Suites. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general documents. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
