Pay and Benefits

Starting Pay is $23.44 per hour.

Excellent Benefits Package including Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Plan.

1.5 pay over 8 hours, over 40 hours and weekends.

1.5 pay on holidays, plus additional overtime over 8 hours on holidays.

Uniforms provided.

Up to 100 paid training hours annually for technicians to advance through the progressive skill levels.

Stipend for safety shoes, safety glasses and tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for equipment lubrication, contamination control, inspections and proactive maintenance activities for all lubricated mechanical systems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED.

Capability to read and interpret technical documents, such as: OEM maintenance plans, blue prints, advanced lubrication technology instruction and recommendations.

Capable to perform basic mathematical functions for the purpose of interpreting alarms, calculating lubricant inventory and calculating re-lubrication quantity considerations.

Capable to operate moderately complex software and web based programs for lubrication scheduling, oil analysis functions and vibration analysis.

Understanding of fundamental lubrication concepts and application of these concepts such as Viscosity, NLGI#'s V.I., AW, EP, R&O, ISO cleanliness codes, Beta Filter ratings.

Have a strong fundamental understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and circulating systems operation, and contamination control and maintenance functions.

Qualified to operate lifting equipment (fork truck, skip hoist, etc.)Good oral and written communication skills.

Capable to work in an unsupervised position effectively.

Should be qualified to perform lockout-tag-out procedures.

Must have good interpersonal skills, good planning and organizing skills, and a high degree of self-motivation.

Ability to work any available shift and overtime, as needed.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years of lubrication related experience.

Candidates that have worked in a heavy industrial environment.
