The Department of Corrections, Division of Institutions, is currently hiring a Maintenance Specialist - Electronics - Journey 2/Lead for the Anchorage Correctional Complex (ACC), located in Anchorage, Alaska.

What will you be doing:
The Maintenance Specialist, Electronics Journey 2/Lead position reports to the Maintenance Foreman and is primarily responsible for maintaining and repairing the infrastructure of the complex to support Anchorage Correctional Complex (ACC) (east and west buildings, outbuildings – warehouse, shop and storage buildings). Perform advanced installation, maintenance and repairs on all electronic equipment at ACC.

The position requires a valid State of Alaska Driver's License and the incumbent must posses a National Institute of Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) AK Class Level (Class IA) 13 AAC
