Are you confident in your ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and make necessary repairs? Would you enjoy playing a role in ensuring equipment runs efficiently to improve productivity and reduce downtime? If so, consider joining Marvin as a Maintenance Technician.

You will be an essential part of our team ensuring machines, equipment, and overall facilities are well maintained.

Highlights of your role

Work efficiently with work order systems (EAM) to document repairs and maintenance
Perform regular inspections and assist with equipment repairs
Setup or assist with the setup of new equipment
Troubleshoot equipment using basic tools
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

You’re a good fit if you have

High School diploma or GED (preferred)
Minimum of six months related experience and/or training
The ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software and the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Select the schedule that works best for you

First Shift: work Monday - Thursday with possible overtime on Fridays from 5:30 am until 3:30 pm.
Second Shift: work Monday - Thursday with possible overtime on Fridays from 3:30 pm until 1:30 am. You’ll earn an additional $2 per hour shift differential.
Third Shift: work Monday – Friday from 11:00 pm until 7:00 am and earn a $2 per hour shift differential.
Weekend Shift: earn a $4 per hour shift differential working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 am until 6:00 pm and enjoy 4 days off each week.

Pay for this position starts at $22+ per hour (DOE)
