Position Overview:
The Plant Maintenance Technician is a full-time, seasonal position and will typically run from July through October. The Plant Maintenance Technician requires travel with overtime through peak season, reports to the Paving Division Manager, and has supervisory responsibility.

Essential Duties and Functions:
Be prompt and timely for all assigned shifts, schedules, and projects
Daily cleaning of the redi-mix plant
Compliance with all project safety and environmental requirements
Effectively operate a variety of saws, air tools, and general repair tools
Make general repairs to facilities
Effectively plan and meet deadlines
Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work (i.e. work in poor weather conditions or outside normal hours)

Position Requirements:
Consent to authorization of a pre-employment work screen and drug test
Consent to authorization of a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record request
Basic maintenance skills
Understand instructions from supervisory positions, both written and verbal
